Three large bedrooms for you and your family gives you space and privacy. After dinner, build a fire under the Ponderosa Pines or slip into the hot tub! Relax and enjoy with your favorite wine under the stars.
THE PENTHOUSE is the kids retreat - right next to the main house above the garage. Close enough to keep an eye on the kids, yet far enough for the grown-ups to have the main house all to themselves. THE PENTHOUSE is over 600 sq. ft and has its own full private bath. THE PENTHOUSE can sleep up to eight active kids with plenty of space to spare.
Games, games and more games should keep the kids entertained for hours. Or they can settle in for a DVD on their own TV. THE PENTHOUSE has a small refrigerator behind the bar to keep those trips back to the main house down to a minimum.
