Turn of the Century Cottage 2-story home in Historic Colorado Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak Mountain. Site of a previous Mennonite Camp, this historic cabin has been totally renovated with must see custom luxury details.

Luxurious private Home Away from Home. Master bedroom on first floor with King Bed. Full kitchen includes self cleaning stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A large and luxurious bath features a heated and jetted oversized tub for two.

A 2nd story attic bedroom with queen bed, twin bed, twin flip-out chair and porta crib. Spectacular Mountain Views from the 2nd story attic balcony and front porch with bedroom egress.

Rates:
  • High Season Rates: $950/week plus tax for occupancy of 2-4. $15/each additional person 5 years and older.
  • Low Season Rates: $650/week plus taxfor occupancy of 2-4. $15/each additonal person 5 years and older.
  • Four night minimum nightly requirement. Nightly rates increase slightly $150/night occupancy of 2. $175/night occupancy of 4. $200/night 5+.
  • Please inquire for less than 4-night occupancy. We will gladly reserve those nights left open between weekly reservation dates. Sometimes we have a 1 night opening, please inquire.
