- $125-$165/night (various properties) 2 night minimum.
- Pay for 5 nights get the 6th NIGHT FREE!
- Rates based on 1-4 guests - $10/night for each additional guest.
- 10% or 12.25% state and local lodging taxes.
- One time cleaning fee $50-$80 based on cabin and amount of guests.
- 3 night minimum for holidays and October.
- 4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
