Rates:
- $139 per night for 2, $20 nt for each additional person.
- Year round all reservations require 2 night minimum stay
- 3 nt minimum for holidays and peak season (June - August 15).
- Weekly rates $699 - $1,129.
- All reservations require rental fee, deposit, $60 cleaning fee, 10% tax (7% state, 3% local), and rental agreement.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
